New 1st-12th Grade Student Registration

New Student Registration


New Students are required to UPLOAD TWO proofs of residency.

In order to complete the registration process for the 2025-2026 school year, ALL students will be required to upload TWO proofs of residency. This year the proofs have been broken down into two groups, Group A and Group B. We will accept two proofs from Group A or one proof from Group A and one proof from Group B. Two proofs from Group B will NOT be accepted.

Group A 

  • Current Lease Agreement
  • Mortgage Statement/Deed
  • Real Estate Tax Receipt
  • 25-26 Approved Shared Residency Affidavit (counts as two)
  • Out of District Approval Letter (counts as two)
  • Military Housing Lease (counts as two)

Group B

  • Valid TN Driver’s License
  • Current MLGW Bill
  • Current Millington Water Bill
  • Current Public Assistance/Government Benefits Letter

If your residency situation prevents you from providing these documents, please schedule an appointment with Student Services at Central Office by calling 901-873-5680.

In the addition of the above, NEW STUDENTS MUST provide the following:

  • Latest Report Card and/or transcript (transcript grades 9-12)
  • Discipline and attendance records
  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Immunization record on Tennessee School form (out of state students have 10 days to transfer to TN form)
  • Custody or Guardianship Legal Agreement (if Applicable)
