Students must be 5 years of age on or before August 15, 2025 to enroll in Kindergarten in the State of Tennessee.
Before you begin the registration process, you will need to scan OR take a picture of the required proofs and documents. Then save those to your computer or tablet. You will need these files to fully complete the registration process.
In order to complete the registration process for the 2025-2026 school year, ALL students will be required to upload TWO proofs of residency. This year the proofs have been broken down into two groups, Group A and Group B. We will accept two proofs from Group A or one proof from Group A and one proof from Group B. Two proofs from Group B will NOT be accepted.
Group A
- Current Lease Agreement
- Mortgage Statement/Deed
- Real Estate Tax Receipt
- 25-26 Approved Shared Residency Affidavit (counts as two)
- Out of District Approval Letter (counts as two)
- Military Housing Lease (counts as two)
Group B
- Valid TN Driver’s License
- Current MLGW Bill
- Current Millington Water Bill
- Current Public Assistance/Government Benefits Letter
If your residency situation prevents you from providing these documents, please schedule an appointment with Student Services at Central Office by calling 901-873-5680.
Kindergarten students who did not attend PreK at Millington Primary must also provide:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- TN Shot Record Form with Proof of Physical
Kindergarten staggered entry week will be August 6-15, 2025. Kindergarten students will only attend school ONE day during this time frame. Millington Primary will contact you during the summer (late July) to set up your staggered enrollment day.
