Staff members who need to use a district vehicle must submit a reservation request at least two (2) days prior to the date of the event. Please click the link below to complete the required form. YOU MUST BE SIGNED INTO YOUR MILLINGTONSCHOOLS GOOGLE ACCOUNT. Please contact the Operations department if you are not a Millington Municipal Schools employee. Vehicles cannot be reserved to outside people or organizations. If any event details change after submission, notify the Operations Department as soon as possible.
