Millington Municipal Schools Student Registration

New and Returning Student Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open on Tuesday, March 24 at 9am. 

New Out of District Transfer Applications will be available beginning May 15, 2026. 

Custody Requirements for enrollment in Millington Municipal Schools

• Only parents/legal guardians/custodians having lawful control of students and able to provide proof of legal custody may enroll a student. Legal custody outside of the natural parents must be documented with a lawful court order.
• Power of Attorney may only be used for the following circumstances: (Collaborating documents must be provided) (T.C.A. §34-6-302)
  • Parents/Legal Guardians are medically unable to take care of the child.
  • Parents/Legal Guardians are incarcerated.
  • Parents/Legal Guardians are on deployment with the military.
  • Parents/Legal Guardians have been displaced as a result of a natural disaster.
