Registration

Registration for the 2017-18 school year will occur on August 1, 2017 from 7:30 am until 7:00 pm. You will need to bring the documentation listed at the bottom of this page to expedite the registration process, even if you pre-registered.

Please register at the school indicated on your Pre-Kindergarten Acceptance Letter that will be mailed Spring/ Summer of 2017.

** Each Pre-K student will sign up to attend one day during the first week of school; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Voluntary Pre K Application Requirements
*Completion of application does not guarantee acceptance into the program

Two proofs of residence for pre-registration.

The following items are approved for proof of residence:
•   Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
•   Current Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) bill
•   Lease/rental agreement/Military Housing letter
•   Public assistance/government benefits form
• Real estate tax receipt
•   Municipal water bill
•   Mortgage statement or deed

In addition ALL of the following:

• W-2 OR 3 most recent pay stubs*
•   Certified Birth Certificate (mother’s copy not accepted) age 4 on or before August 15, 2016
•   Child’s social security card
•   Proof of current physical and immunization record on the Tennessee School Form

*Note: First priority will be given to those children that meet income qualifications for "economically disadvantaged". Second priority is given to those children identified as educationally at risk for school failure.
